you cannot call the phone company...

ive been on the phone now for about 25 minutes, trying to reach a real operator or customer service rep at AT and T. you cannot do it. you cannot call the original phone company anymore...

    Ha! that's like trying to call the power company here when the weather has knocked out the power!!!!
