there is a certain "creep out" factor here..

the lapd has put up these billboards seeking help in identifying possible victims of the grim sleeper serial killer. they want you to log onto their website and look at photographs found in the home of this murderer to see if anyone recognizes someone gone missing years ago.  its kinda creepy...
