i just saw this advertisement for the israeli tourism board inviting me to discover the israel in me.  i dont think there's any in there, really.

i arched my back, and felt a popping along side my spine like never before.  i heart yoga!  i thought to myself, the only thing i've ever used my spine for before this was as a crutch.. a funny looking, calcified upright for my precious gray matter.  the walking stick for my soul.
